How much does it cost to open a door?
Each company sets its fixed price within a price range that we check. Before you book, you see the total price including travel cost and any night, Sunday or holiday surcharge. This price is binding.
Can it become more expensive on site?
Only if you agree. If the technician finds extra work is needed, he sends additional costs with a reason and a price. You decide in the app. Nothing extra is charged without your approval.
When do I pay?
When you book, the amount is only reserved on your card. It is charged only after you confirm completion. Cash payment on site is not intended.
How fast will someone arrive?
Before you book, you see an estimated arrival time for each company. It depends on traffic and availability; we cannot guarantee a fixed arrival time. After booking you can follow the arrival live.
Who is my contract partner?
The company that does the work. SchlüsselSOS is only the intermediary and handles the payment through a licensed payment provider. You see the name and address of the company before you book.
Do I need to install an app?
No. You book directly in the browser. You get the link to your order with chat and status by email.
